Two Bedroom Downtown Balcony Condo Sleeps Six

Overall great stay. Easy to check in and it included secure garage parking. Plenty of room for 3 adults for a long weekend. Walkable to downtown restaurants and a short drive to the Biltmore.

At another location this would have been a very nice stay. Positive: The condo finishes are very nice - tile, flooring, cabinetry, countertops, etc. Two bathrooms was also very accommodating, as was the secure garage and parking spot. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. Negative: It’s very loud next to the bus depot and a construction site and there are a lot of homeless or drugged out people at the bus depot at all hours. We did not feel safe walking to downtown. The shower is slippery, and some minor things are worn and need updating (lampshades, caulk, paint, screen door, stains on bathroom floor tile). We were there for 5 nights but only had coffee for 3. Salt, pepper and cooking spray would also have been welcomed.

Water dispenser would have been good! Or atleast few water bottles!

Us girls loved our stay at ur property. Our condo was perfectly appointed for the couple of days that we stayed there. The condo building was like Fort Knox using all the different codes to get in the garage,The elevator and our unit, but I know it’s all for safety!! Our bldg. was within walking distance to lovely shops and restaurants! We did take the car to go to the RAD district, a little too far to walk in the heat!One suggestion, the bathroom showers have no grab bars and the shower floor is very, very slippery! This is not an age thing but a safety issue! A Keurig coffee maker, would have been nice to have but certainly not a deal breaker.

Beautiful condo in an excellent location walking distance to downtown.
