Two Bedroom in Ideal Downtown Location

We loved the apartment. Nicely furnished and a great location. The noise from the bus station was a negative especially in the mornings.

Didn’t realize unit overlooks bus transfer station - which led to lots of noise from buses and passengers experiencing difficulties. Wi-Fi was very inconsistent. Needed to be rebooted or lost signal throughout the day. When I asked property manager - their solution was to re-boot so that’s what we did for three months. Very walkable to downtown and restaurants, But that was neutralized by the noise of the bus transfer station.

Perfect location for our stay. Positive: Location was within walking distance of downtown and the south slope. Underground, secure parking is provided. If you don't have a vehicle it is directly across the street from the local bus station for access to the rest of the city. Negative: YUM SUSHI BURRITO & POKE is located on the first floor of the building and must vent into the parking garage. There is a very strong odor there but does not carry into the upper level.

2nd time in bldg. Condo very nice and easy clean for exit. Great location. Only issue is parking as there are always going to be 2 cars. Wonder if they can’t buy spaces in adjacent lost and pass thru cost. Realize downtown parking is always a challenge but something to consider.

The condo was clean and had everything we needed and garage was very nice. Our only complaint was the public bus station located directly across the street. As a result we did not use the balcony or keep blinds open.
