Two Bedroom in Ideal Downtown Location

Very clean, modern, comfy, excellent location !!!

While the location was great to walk to downtown, bus depot across the street was loud, and there were some unusual incidents involving police and ambulances. Lots of codes to go anywhere in the building get annoying. The hosts did provide lots of extra details like make-up remover, dish soap, sponge, olive oil, salt and pepper, things you don’t want to buy when staying only a few days. Overall a good experience.

Well apportioned condo very close to the downtown area, high-end appliances nice coffee set up and very comfortable furniture and beds. I highly recommend this for your stay in Asheville.

We loved the apartment. Nicely furnished and a great location. The noise from the bus station was a negative especially in the mornings.

Didn’t realize unit overlooks bus transfer station - which led to lots of noise from buses and passengers experiencing difficulties. Wi-Fi was very inconsistent. Needed to be rebooted or lost signal throughout the day. When I asked property manager - their solution was to re-boot so that’s what we did for three months. Very walkable to downtown and restaurants, But that was neutralized by the noise of the bus transfer station.
