Bring Your Pets to this Spacious Condo

This unit is very nice and clean. My family enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect. The building is within walking distance of any of the restaurants, shops and breweries downtown but is also close to the highways to get out a bit for hiking and other activities. We never felt unsafe walking around the area. It is across the street from a bus station which has some street noise but nothing that caused us any issue. The management is outstanding and was very responsive. We will definitely seek this unit out when we are back in the Asheville area.

Positive: wonderful location for getting to the downtown attractions. Good sized unit. Indoor secure parking a big plus. Negative: - Across from the Bus Terminal, so always some noise interruption from the bus activity, especially early in the morning when trying to sleep - Air flow from the heating vent in the ceiling in the master bedroom noisy, made sleep difficult - Lock on door to master bedroom kept locking when door closed, requiring finding a tool to open. This was the case when we moved in, so we had to call the rental company to learn how to open the master bedroom door

The condo was clean and nice. My only complaint was that there were a lot of sketchy people milling around the bus depot across the street. I was not comfortable walking my dog alone. If you are in a group it’s probably fine.
