Bring Your Pets to this Spacious Condo

This condo is across the street from a very busy bus station. It is a very good location in that it is super close to the heart of downtown Asheville, and walkable to many shops and restaurants. I took my dog with us and therefore had to walk him several times a day. As a single female, it was a little scary at night because of so many people also walking around. So just FYI, keep this in mind if you are bringing a pet that needs to be taken outside. The condo was clean and spacious. The building is secure, as is the parking. It was disappointing that there are no luggage carts so we had to make several trips from the parking garage to unload and load our stuff.We were not able to make it until the second day of our reservation due to illness. I asked if we could extend our stay by one night at a discounted rate but they only offered to do that at the full nightly rate. Minor issues and we had a good stay overall.

This is a great location, super clean, and really easy if you’re traveling with pets. This is the second time we’ve stayed here and we’ll keep coming back due to the ease of walking around Asheville.

Location was good. We enjoyed our stay. Positive: The location is good for walking around downtown Asheville. Negative: Unit could use to have some fans installed. A smart TV would also be nice so renters can use their streaming services.

Superb apartment…would love to go back! Positive: Very spacious and comfortable (2 bed + 2 bath + living room + full kitchen + laundry), ideal for a family of 4. Extremely neat and clean with all the required amenities, and quite close to downtown restaurants and attractions. Kudos to the host for keeping it very well maintained. Parking was easy to access and well secured and free! Instructions and information from the host was comprehensive and timely. My family and I loved our stay there!! Negative: Nothing in particular. The lighting in the bedrooms was a little dim.

Centrally located with good access to downtown and the River Arts District. We walked everywhere.
