Great location in downtown. Very quiet and relaxing

The location is good and facility is clean and well maintained. The unit we had booked had a Air Conditioner issue three days before our check-in and they promptly notified us. However, they never sent the check-in information for the new unit. I wrote emails and left voice mails. I finally got an email from then 10 min before my check-in. I had made alternate plans if it didn't work and they could have totally avoided it.

Excellent, central location. More than enough space for 2 couples. Very clean and comfortable.

Perfect for 2 couples. Have 2 suggestions one need a grab bar in shower and two could use carts to take stuff up and down.
