Wasn't Good For My Family Positive: The location is convenient to downtown. The views are amazing and the unit is spacious. I like that there were two bathrooms to accommodate our family. There's a washing machine in the hallway that it shared with the other visitors of that floor. It didn't seem to get much use which was great for us. They did provide starter items for the dishwasher, dish soap, laundry and shampoo/conditioner. I paid for housekeeping to come during our visit and they did a great job refreshing the space. Negative: There are a lot of quirky things about this property if you choose to stay here. Firstly, the check-in instructions did not come in through booking.com. they sent them to me in an email so every time I needed to come or go from the space, I had to find the email and locate the instructions. They have quiet hours, but when I complained about the noise, the only thing they could do was report it to the HOA. The parking situation is weird. They share a lot with the bakery and businesses on the first floor of the building. If you are there and get a space early, there's no problem. However if you get there during the peak hours of the business, it is challenging to find a spot. The bakery on the bottom floor parks on the street just outside the window of the units and unloads their vehicle around 6:00 or 7:00 a.m. daily. If you are a light sleeper or you have children who are like sleepers, this might not be the unit for you. The unit is right on the street so you will hear cars passing as well as sirens from emergency vehicles. Although there is a keypad to enter the building and a keypad to enter the unit, someone enter the space while we were in it which ruined our trip. If you have a unit on the top floor, the building does not have an elevator so you will have to walk up and down the stairs with groceries, children, luggage, or whatever else you may have.

Lovely retreat in Asheville Positive: Stayed here with a friend while visiting Asheville. The location is great, close to downtown and right above a bakery and restaurant! Nice amenities, good temperature control and a lovely little balcony. Nice king beds! Even came with shampoo, starter coffee and filters. We are in our 60s and the steps gave us a workout. Negative: A full-length mirror would be a nice addition. Also, the walls are pretty thin. While most of the time it seemed we were alone in the building, one morning we could hear someone singing in a bathtub as if they were in the room with us. Nice voice though. :)

It was very clean, easy to access, and a central location.

Nice location for visiting the city Positive: Location, parking, kitchen Negative: There was not a table to eat and one of the bedroom was really small
