Charming Condo 4 in Historic King James

Overall, this place was good for the price. It could be significantly improved if they did a couple things. The bathroom needs a complete renovation. It has the cheapest finishes and fixtures and peeling paint everywhere. Also, the couch was completely caved in on one side. The bed was surprisingly very nice and comfortable. The kitchen was also well stocked and had everything we needed to cook several meals. The location is great and having a restaurant and bakery downstairs is nice.

My daughter stayed here while looking for places to live. There is a bakery underneath, a Starbucks and a gas station a block away. Grocery stores are about 3-4 blocks away (not walkable if you have much stuff, pretty hilly). But great location near downtown and right off the bypass. Easy to get anywhere.

Great location and parking options. There is a great bake/coffee shop and restaurant below the building. The apartment had all the amenities we needed and was super comfortable.

Very convenient for our purpose staying in Asheville. Nice area; only drawback is a little noisy on streetside. Very clean and represented well.

Positive: This little apartment was awesome it was clean & close to everything. The one thing that I would recommend is getting a pad for the couch bed & leaving it in the closet, they said it was very springy, but other than that I'd give it a 10 all day. 🙌
