Great location and charming, but sorely needs maintenance
This was a great location and overall was a charming unit.
However the apartment is sorely in need of maintenance - the windows are drafty, the walls are patched and the bathrooms floors are peeling up - making it hard to shut the doors.
We had no communication with the property manager besides the introductory email with the codes.

Weekend trip

Charlotte Street Stay
Great little place. Not recommended for light sleepers due to people and city noise. Great location. Comfy and cozy. Probably needs a little sprucing up from rental wear and tear but it was overall a cute place with everything we needed.

Positive: The location was very convenient
Negative: you couldn’t go to sleep the traffic noise is unbelievable and cars are going by all night long and it’s like you’re sleeping on the road
