Very clean and modern condo unit in a great location in Downtown Asheville

Positive: The unit was clean and comfortable. Love that there were plenty of towels . The location was convenient it was a perk that there was no extra fee for parking Negative: I did not like that there were no hand held shower heads and that the master did not have a tub. For our stay, the minimal kitchen appliances and utensils worked out fine but if it was a longer stay I would need more kitchen accessories perhaps some spices as I have had another rental units. Additional laundry and dishwasher detergent would also be necessary for longer stays. I absolutely hated the assigned parking as our spot was taken and upon booking we were told that if we did not Park in our space we would get towed. It was very late at night and raining when we came back to the apartment and our spot was taken. We had to waste a lot of time to figure out where to park and what to do only to find out that in actuality, there is no reserved parking in the lot and we could have parked anywhere without risk of being towed.

Exceeded our expectations and we will be back! Positive: Convenient, modern, clean and happy space. Quiet and private, yet right in the middle of things. So good.

You should let guests know there is only ONE parking spot for the property There needs to be a Dropbox for the parking pass. The instructions are TOO long.
