Luxury 2 King 2 Bath Condo

Exceeded our expectations and we will be back! Positive: Convenient, modern, clean and happy space. Quiet and private, yet right in the middle of things. So good.

Light, bright, great parking, clean and conveniently located. I would stay again. Positive: Location is central to all things Asheville and yet in a quiet area of town. Pennycup coffee is just a half a block away for breakfast options and coffe/tea. Negative: The area rug entering the master suite is a trip hazard as the corner is curled up. TAPE DOWN. Please leave some paper coffee filters for those who bring their own favorite brand of coffee.

Wonderful stay! Positive: Convenient location and lovely apartment. Access instructions were clear and worked well (I was skeptical about the app to access the parking and building, but everything went very smoothly). Apartment was very clean and bright, and the property management was very responsive to our messages. Great stay! Negative: Master bedroom bed could be more comfortable, but was still certainly acceptable. We also struggled a bit with the heat (kept reverting to a higher temp than we wanted), but I'm pretty sure that was mostly user error :)

Very clean place in a great location with safe access. We had 4 adults and the living room furniture was not comfortable or enough for 4 adults. Please upgrade the sofa and add an additional chair. The sofa is very uncomfortable as other reviewers have also said. With these simple upgrades everyone would give it 5 stars all the time.

Location! Walking distance to all restaurants shopping and bars in downtown Asheville. The checkin and parking app, was very easy. The unit was super clean, modern with typical amenities. Biltmore is about a 10-15 minute drive from the condo. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family!
