Charming Condo 10 in Historic King James

We enjoyed our stay here. It was spacious, quiet, clean and well-appointed. The location is about a 20 minute walk to downtown which was fine during the day, but crossing past highway entrances felt a little risky (visibility) at night. Since parking downtown can be difficult this was a bit of a drawback to the location but if it had been closer to downtown it probably wouldn’t have been so quiet at night. The cafe downstairs had great pastries and there is a starbucks about a block away. Trader Joes and Whole Foods are about a half mile away. The second bedroom’s bed is against a wall on one side so it’s a little more difficult to share that bed. Also the property is showing some of it’s age with chipped bathroom tiles and a bit of crumbling particle board or whatever on the bathroom vanity . Overall a great spacious, quiet place to stay in Asheville.

Great location and living space. Positive: Location was great, nice kitchen and living area. Able to check in early was nice. Good communication with property. Negative: The air vents blow quite a bit and it gets cold. One of the bed is against the wall--not good when 2 people are in the bed. The flooring is uneven in one of the bedrooms. The fans make noise. Could have been a bit better for all $.

Couldn’t have been a more perfect place for our weekend in Asheville. Clean, cute, well-equipped and perfectly located. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit!

We loved that this property was just a short walk to downtown. Everything was very clean and beds were super comfortable!
