The location provided great access to downtown however it was not a nice place to relax in the evenings or cook any meal Positive: The location of the property is great! The kitchen and bathroom were clean. Negative: The couch is extremely uncomfortable and collapses in the middle. The kitchen did not have appropriate cooking tools, there was not even a baking sheet for the oven, just a muffin pan. The bedroom had nowhere to put anything like a dresser. The closet is mostly blocked by the bed as well. The directions to get into the building were incorrect, we luckily were helped by a resident to get in the first time. The WiFi came in out and was not reliable.

Great place. Great location. Positive: There is really not much to say. Everything was in order and as advertised. We were there over the Thanksgiving holiday and found everything quite acceptable. Parking was a breeze, since there is an enormous parking lot associated with the businesses downstairs. I would definitely rent this unit again. Negative: The master bed is enormous and fills out most of the room. This makes it a little hard to get in and out of the bed. It would also be nice to have some electrical outlets near the bed, too these aren’t real serious complaints.

The apartment was in a great location and close to many shops and restaurants. My husband and I had a great trip hiking to many waterfalls. However, the couch is terrible and needs replaced, the cushions sink to the floor and ripped. The bed is to big for the room, there is no room to get in and out from the sides. I climbed in from the bottom. The kitchen is well equipped with pots and skillets but no plates or bowls. First time to Asheville but until the couch is replaced we would not stay here again.locatiagain

Me and my girlfriend were very pleased with our stay. Check in process and room access were very simple and easy. Nice central location, with the convience of food options below the building. Parking lot had no issues. Room was very clean with no issues as described.
