The condo was very clean and well stocked. The location is extremely convenient to grocery, restaurants, shops and bars. We were worried about street noise being near the sidewalk; however, that was not a problem.

Great location, one block from everything you could ever want! Easy to get in and out, nice to have a parking spot, building access with the app was great. Will will definitely try to use this property again if we make about visit to Asheville. Would be the perfect spot if you’re seeing music at Orange Peel!

Highly recommend stay here. Overall very comfortable and convenient. Positive: This apt was brand new, modern, well appointed, and in a very convenient location. It also had parking. The bed was comfortable. They provided coffee and creamers and offered a concierge service to deliver anything else you need. Negative: There was no full length mirror. The app to enter the building and parking was only good on 1 phone. So the guests always had to be together. The living room was a little dark. Only window was sliding glass door. The sidewalk was right in front the terrace.
