This is an excellent VRBO. The property was clean and quiet and has great views, as advertised. We lived nearby several years ago and knew what to expect but first time renters should be advised of the length of the drive to downtown Asheville. The rental was well equipped. We had a single issue with the TV which the management remedied quickly. Thank you.One issue: There is a ground drain just outside of the entry doorway. It has an upturned end piece. The end piece in front of the entry door to the rental is a definite tripping hazard and should be removed, IMO. In addition, operating the microwave was a complete mystery to us. A user guide or instructional pamphlet would be helpful. Finally, a guide to the property, like an instructional-information binder, might be helpful.Thank you for an excellent stay.

Positive: It was absolutely beautiful. The views and the home was exceptional!! Negative: I really loved everything about this place absolutely beautiful..really felt like home.

Asheville trip Positive: Spectacular views. Modern apartment, quiet and close to city center Negative: The driveway! Precarious! Steep down to the garage! The tv service was useless, unable to watch much as it was/is all sign up etc. lots of channels but not accessible. Frustrating and stupid. Have less and make them available.
