Fun and Roomy Close to Everything

This was the perfect spot for those spending time in downtown. Everything was a quick walk away. The apartment is close enough to everything but also in a spot that isn’t too hectic.Minor plumbing issue on the first night was fixed the next day. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

This condo

The condo was great and very clean. The location was in walking distance to everything. Down loading the app to get in is a little confusing but one we worked out that everything went smoothly. We would stay there again.

I would definitely stay here again and found the common area/unit/amenities to be really nice! Positive: Great location within walking to everything. It is in a quiet area. Free parking spot in the gated lot is very handy. The building is very nicely kept and styled. The condo had upscale finishes and was very well kept and clean. The management company was on top of the instructions and everything was as laid out. The nightly rate was good related to building/condo quality and location and having a parking spot. Negative: Being on the ground floor and recent rain, we were startled by two water bugs at different times overnight. Really only just minor touch ups needed in the bathroom - damaged base molding and a few spots of shower caulking. I was not thrilled with having to download another app on my phone to get the e-key but the system worked well for access and I just deleted the app after our visit.

Perfect location with a super accurate description. Awesome shared common area and outdoor fire pit area. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!
