Downtown Asheville Large Balcony Pet Friendly

The condo was really nice and clean. The location is excellent for exploring Asheville. The host provided great communication without being over bearing. The parking garage is very tight, but it’s like most city parking. Everything requires a code, but it provided for a safe and secure stay. I would definitely stay with the host in the future.

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the convenient location. The condo is within walking distance of many great restaurants, and the layout and décor are inviting and comfortable.The welcome starter supplies for the bathroom and kitchen were a thoughtful touch, and the bedding was comfortable with plenty of towels provided.Although the unit is located next to the elevator and stairwell, we were pleasantly surprised that hallway noise was minimal.The coffee maker, range, and microwave were all easy to use.A couple of things future guests may want to know: the assigned garage space is quite tight, especially if you have a midsize SUV (we drove a Lexus RDX). Finding parking is a challenge, youll be glad you have a reserved spot! Also, because the property is near a hospital, you may occasionally hear ambulance sirens, along with the occasional loud motorcycle or car. We travel with earplugs and a sound machine, so it wasn't an issue for us, but light sleepers may want to plan accordingly.Overall, we had a comfortable stay and really enjoyed the location.

The host was very responsive. The amt of toilet paper/paper towels/bath towels was generous. The primary bedroom is on busy street & quite noisy. The 2nd bedroom has no window. The bathrooms are large with double sinks & walk in showers. The location of the bldg is very convenient to lots of stores/restaurants.

Everything it said it was. Clean and great area. Close to downtown. Just make sure you bring your walking shoes.

Positive: Awesome central location. Plenty of space for 3 adults, wonderful porch.
