South Slope Skyhaus with Rooftop Terrace

2nd time staying here! Got lucky to see fireworks for on the rooftop terrace! Clean and well-appointed accommodations.

Townhouse was spotless, modern, and convenient to everything.

The condo itself was fine, clean and comfortable with decent kitchen equipment and a nice roof top deck. As of April 2025, there is on-going construction, literally just a few steps away from the front of the unit. You can see the site and its dumpster out of the living room window. Construction noise starts at 7:30 or so, and woke everyone up, and made it impossible to enjoy the living room area. After alerting the host, Town Properties, they found a nearby condo for us to move to within the day. That condo was lovely, spacious, clean, and quiet.

Beautiful property that was very comfortable for my family to stay in while in Asheville. Couldn't have asked for better, more accomdating hosts...Highly recommend!

We had a great stay. The place was perfect for us. The elevator was essential for my in-laws who are in their 70s. The rooftop space was beautiful and the place was very clean. Communication with towns property was easy and they responded quickly. Great experience. Chihuly and Biltmore was amazing too!
