Luxury Condo, Downtown Asheville

We had a great time in Asheville! The property was in a great location and we could walk to shops and restaurants in town. The condo was clean and updated.

The condo as we entered was clean and spacious. Not too much clutter. The had basic need stuff at the condo. There were coffee pods but no sugar. The condo is on third floor and the building is off one of the busy streets in Asheville, Biltmore Ave. there is constant traffic on weekdays and weekends late into nights or early mornings. The first night it was hard to sleep even with the white noise app. Also the pillows were too thick to lay on them. The next morning, I emailed the Towns management asking for a square utility fan that would help with some air circulation in the room and block vehicle noise. I also asked for softer pillows. A couple hours later Alberto arrived with two fans. He was very friendly and helpful. I asked him for softer pillows again and he got me a few. After that our nights were much more comfortable and we were able to get a good night’s rest.

Spacious, nicely decorated & great location Positive: Loved the location. Well stocked. Modern high end furniture. Easy access. Negative: Wish the one of the bedrooms had a king bed. Can be noisy on Biltmore Ave with cars & motorcycles. Wish there was some type of counter cleaner in the kitchen.

Condo is perfectly situated to walking around downtown Nashville and a quick drive to the Biltmore Estate.
