City View South Slope Townhome

Excellent location and great or friends trip!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property itself was top shelf with ample bedrooms, comfortable living areas and fully equipped kitchen. It was centrally located in an great area with restaurants and convenience store within walking distance. The property was so comfortable and stellar clean that we even decided to stay in a couple of nights instead of going out. Gold star!

The town home was wonderful. It was very clean and comfortable. No noise. Beds were very good. The location was perfect -- much better than we had known. Close to some good restaurants and breweries. Very easy to get to Biltmore Estates from our location. Really appreciated the elevator. We were there with two other couples, so the 3 bedrooms, 3 baths worked perfectly. Would definitely stay again.

The condo itself was fine, clean and comfortable with decent kitchen equipment and a nice roof top deck. As of April 2025, there is on-going construction, literally just a few steps away from the front of the unit. You can see the site and its dumpster out of the living room window. Construction noise starts at 7:30 or so, and woke everyone up, and made it impossible to enjoy the living room area. After alerting the host, Town Properties, they found a nearby condo for us to move to within the day. That condo was lovely, spacious, clean, and quiet.

Great location and beautiful place for our mother daughter weekend. A coded lock for the front door would have been helpful but certainly not a deal breaker. This place was awesome!!
