Adorable Historic Renovation North of Downtown

Great place for an extended stay. Positive: I grew up in Asheville and know the city inside and out. The location is great, love having City Bakery right there, parking is free and ample. Negative: The beds are uncomfortable and the WIFI is really terrible. TVs need an upgrade.

Absolutely fantastic time. If i ever find myself in Aseville again, I would definitely be back. Positive: Location was amazing. About a mile from downtown, walkable, and had a butcher, baker and restaurant on property that were amazing. Had everything we needed to cook, do laundry and dishes. Instructions for cable/internet were clear. Negative: Very minor things. Parking was a little unclear and we were afraid we might be towed, but we weren’t. Couch was comfortable, but could be updated.

Nice place. Good location. Will consider renting again if in the area (unless we want to get a cabin).

A good spot to visit downtown Asheville. A bit away from the busy part of downtown (which I preferred). Slightly loud due to the proximity to the restaurant and bakery as well as the loud entry door. I would recommend this property overall as a good location.
