An absolutely perfect Asheville vacation. This condo is comfortable, clean and close to absolutely everything. I would recommend for small families or two couples for any length stay. This beautiful condo immediately felt like home.PROS:*Comfortable beds and seating areas.*Convenient no-hassle parking.*Walkable to restaurants, Starbucks, Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods.*Great TVs and a well stocked kitchen for a night in.CONS:*Third floor walk-up so not well suited for those with mobility issues.*Located on a busy intersection so you will hear the hustle and bustle outside. I didn’t notice it after the first night and my husband and son never did.

Perfect location and size for two couples in town for concerts and to support the Asheville community. Very cute place with everything we needed! :)

Negative: During the day all parking was occupied, it World be good to have a reserved one, like for the meat shop.

My family of 3 had a great stay at this property. PROS:- Extremely convenient to downtown.- Great quality furnishings and appliances.- Spacious and comfortable.- Safe and trendy neighborhood. CONS:- Lots of street noise.- Low water pressure.- 3rd floor w/ no elevator (41 steps total).- Internet dips in and out frequently.Would totally stay again and highly recommend.
