Chic Southside Three King Bedroom Townhome

Great place, new and a little modern. Amazing location on the south side of downtown Asheville, close to breweries, pubs, and restaurants. 4 stories tall, so you get a great view. Lots of stairs, but it has a really cool automatic door elevator which makes it super convenient to get bags to bedrooms. The parking in the garage can be tricky since there is not a lot of pavement behind the place, but after a few 3 (or maybe 5) point turns, we got in. Great communication by the most and they make is really easy to check in and out. Highly recommend it, great place to stay.

Great property! Would definitely rent again. Positive: Property seemed to be new. Very nice and was well-appointed. Negative: Not as close to downtown as I had hoped but still only a 15 minute walk.

The property is located perfectly! There layout is perfect and there is no street noise. Smooth check in and out process and excellent communication with the host.
