Large 3 bedroom 3.5 Bath Downtown Condo

Positive: The property was clean, modern, and spacious. It was on a quiet street but within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The management was very responsive, polite, and professional. I visited on a girl’s trip with three friends and we had plenty of space for four days. I highly recommend this property and would stay again the next time I visit Asheville. Negative: The only negative is that the photos of the property showed a parking garage so I assumed parking would be included. I had no problem finding street parking each day but the garage would have been nice.

Stayed here for a weekend away with a few lifelong friends. The location was perfect if you just want to walk around and explore Asheville! Very close to good restaurants and local bars. We loved the fact that it has 3 king beds and each room has their own bathroom. My wife was kind of jealous so it looks like we will be staying here next time we come!!

This was such a gem to find! Would of booked next weekend if available:) Positive: Property was very clean and comfortable for 3 couples. Loved the location! Negative: Ice maker did t work but did not alter our stay.

The place is amazing. Perfect location for walking to everything. Parking is the issue but it’s not terrible. Just be prepared for additional cost in the garage. Which isn’t listed or stated until you get your check in info. Unloading isn’t ideal either but once there you’re golden. . It was fabulous.

nice clean place with good location. Positive: nice it had 3 king beds good location Negative: the 1st day the building fire alarm was going off and took several hours before they came out and turned it off. they were waiting for service
