Pros: Very clean, easy check-in, fantastic location - city bakery made for easy coffee/bagel runs, and easy 15 minute walk to downtown. Very spacious property with all the little touches like a toiletries kit, welcome packet with salt, pepper, coffee, etc., bed was roomy & comfyCon: bathroom door doesn’t shut completely, sink is in a different room than shower/toilet, ceilings in bedroom & door frame of bathroom are very low - those taller than 6’ would have to duck down. No curtains, only shades in bedroom, so be prepared to wake up early due to sunlight pooling in - window faces east so sunrise illuminates room until later morning when sun is higher. Front bush needed trimming, fronds hungover walkway. Parking isn’t bad, plenty of spaces, but was a little confusing to figure out at first, short walk from lot to rental (would be shorter once neighboring construction is done) All in all this is a good quality rental for the price. Very happy with the stay, though the separate bathroom sink being so far away would be the only reason I wouldn’t rent again.

The inside of the house was as advertised. The house was a little quirky and provided plenty of space for two people. The parking for the house was troublesome. It was hard to get a space on the street and the parking lot on the side of the King Building was also a hard place to find a parking space in because it is also used for customer parking for a restaurant and bakery in the building. Also, adding to the parking problem next to the King Building was construction workers trucks for the project next to the house and another business next to the King Building. There is a construction project going on next the house which is only about 15 or 20 feet from the side of the house. The workers show up around 7:30 am and work until around 6 pm. It gets very noisy during the day. Also, the house is so close to this construction you really don't have any privacy during the day.If I were to do it all over again, I would never rent this place until construction is completed. Also, this is a very noisy area because of the construction and the nearby streets. However, the management company does provide a white sound machine which does help.The management company was quick to respond to our questions and concerns.

Overall, a really nice experience! Positive: Comfortable bed, awesome location, excellent communication! Negative: There is currently VERY major construction going on about 20 feet from the master bedroom window. They started the earthmoving equipment at 6:45 AM one morning while I was there, not happy about that!
