Biltmore Avenue Balcony Condo with TWO Ensuite King Bedrooms

Spotless, comfortable, quiet, and easy walking to so many restaurants, bars, & stores. We would stay here again.

This is our second time staying at a Towns Properties condo in this building and once again, it did not disappoint! Place was fully stocked with all the essentials, clean, and communication with management was timely and clear- we will definitely be back!!

We loved everything about this property. The balcony is especially nice and has a great view. The rooms are clean. The furniture is comfortable. The icemaker puts out a LOT of ice, which came in handy. The location is fantastic. The only downside is the ridiculously tight parking space. Even with a small "compact" car, you will be making several moves to get in and out. It is the last space in the row and is between a concrete wall on one side and a concrete column on the other. It is literally the worst parking spot in the garage and probably shouldn't even be considered a legitimate parking spot in my opinion.

We loved our stay here. The location was perfect - very walkable to restaurants and shopping. The outdoor space was very comfortable. We spent a lot of time out there. I’d definitely stay there again!
