Amenity-Packed Holiday Home

We booked this for a family trip to celebrate grandson's birthday trip. The property was amazing- (would suggest getting there before dark as the # sign is small and hard to see). The house has everything you would ever need. We enjoyed the hot tub and playing games and just the peaceful mornings. I would definitely book this property again as it is close to Asheville and the Blue Ridge Parkway. If you want peace and quiet, or to venture into Asheville, this is the perfect place. One suggestion would be to bring a small nightlight for for the bathrooms as it gets dark!

Positive: The property is great. Negative: We were told at the last minute (less than 12 hours) we needed to change our accommodation due to an HVAC issue. This was very stressful and there was no one available to answer the phone to discuss the situation. Supposedly, we were supposed to be comped for the cleaning fee and a discount, but we never received anything.

The house was amazing and accommodating. The driveway is really steep. There needs to be elevation written down so people can plan accordingly if they have elevation sensitivity.

The house was great and had plenty of room. The rental company is extremely responsive. It was perfect for our weekend trip! Would book again!
