Spacious 3 BR with Expansive Terrace

This place was fantastic!! We would absolutely stay here again. So centrally located, great layout of the place, very nicely decorated, a huge patio if you went there when it was warmer. The food hall downstairs is nice but, surprisingly, you don’t hear any of the noise from below. Only normal street sounds. The beds are also comfortable, which is definitely not always the case with a rental.

The place was great and just as advertised (except for the couch being updated). Really enjoyed the location and the downstairs food venues. Only wish there was a way to see over or through that wall on the outdoor deck onto the street. Fantastic rental though and would gladly stay again on future visits and highly recommend.

Outstanding location for exploring Asheville downtown!

Historic and homey Positive: There is some street noise but that is to be expected given the great location in the heart of downtown. Comfortable and stylish decor with a personable vibe. Negative: I usually travel with my personal pillow but did not this trip. The pillows were below average quality in one of the upstairs bedrooms.
